Danny Kent Invited To Continue In Red Bull Rookies For 2010
Britain’s Danny Kent, who finished the 2009 Red Bull Rookies Cup 4th in the championship standings is one of a number of the current riders invited to continue in the 2010 championship, following last week’s tests to select new rider’s for next season.
According to the official site, an extremely high level of ability was represented from as far afield as New Zealand, Poland, Argentina, the Russian Federation, the USA and Brazil. Judges Gustl Auinger, Harald Bartol, Raul Jara and Peter Clifford made their selection and the results were announced to the riders before they left the circuit.
As well as Danny, the other British riders invited to continue next year are Harry Stafford (15th in the 2009 standings), Taylor Mackenzie (20th), Deane Brown (21st) and Fraser Rogers (26th).
