JT Finishes Grim Sepang Weekend With 15th Position

james-toseland-sepangWhilst Valentino Rossi claimed his 9th World title today in Sepang – and Casey Stoner pulled out another one of his supremely dominant races to come home 1st – it was an awful end to a pretty awful weekend for Brit James Toseland in his penultimate race in MotoGP.

The race was delayed by nearly 40 minutes due to a massive downpour, and although the rain eased considerably, the track was never ready for slick tyres. James started from the back row of the gird and his pace on the bike never looked to promote him from there, eventually finishing a distant last in 15th – with teammate Colin Edwards also suffering from poor wet settings and only making it to 13th.
